DC风机的原理 ?
1. DC无刷直流风机省去了励磁用的集电环和电刷,在结构上大大简化,不但改善了电机的工艺性,而且电机运行的机械可靠性大为增强,寿命增加。

2. DC无刷直流风机采用了永磁体励磁,消除了感应电机励磁电流产生的损耗;实现损耗小、效率高和特点;
Brushless DC fan use a permanent magnet exciation, eliminnate the loss of induction motor excitation currents; reailzing the small loss and high efficiency characteristics.
3. 与感应电机的变频调速相比,DC 无刷直流电机的调速控制不但简单,而且具有更好的调速性能。控制简单,可以基本实现良好的调速性。
Compared with the frequency control of induction motor,brushless DC motor is simpler and more controllable, easy to perform control.
4. 逆变器等元器件容量低,电路较为简单,产品的成本低于EC风机。
The components, such as inverter etc, whose capacity is low,and circuit are simpler . The cost is lower than EC biower’s.
